As a mother of a son with Autism Spectrum Disorder, I understand the challenges faced by families in this journey. I specialize in creating fitness plans for individuals with neurological disorders like MS, Parkinson's, and dementia. Additionally, I cater to individuals with intellectual disorders such as Autism, ADHD, and Downs syndrome, along with those with developmental disabilities like cerebral palsy. These programs are carefully designed to address specific needs, promote behavioral improvements, and encourage better eating habits. My goal is to contribute to a more inclusive community where everyone's health and well-being matter, regardless of their abilities.
